We are pleased to announce the publication of Commentary on the Act on General Rules for National Taxes – Administrative Appeal Procedures (Japanese title: 『国税通則法コンメンタール 不服申立手続編』), released by Nihon Horei. Masatake Yoshida, Attorney-at-Law, contributed to this work as a co-author.
This commentary was authored by members of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations (JFBA) Tax System Committee and provides detailed explanations of the provisions of the Act on General Rules for National Taxes concerning administrative appeal procedures.
The book also includes an endorsement from Yuko Miyazaki, Attorney-at-Law and former Justice of the Supreme Court of Japan.
